When the playing field is in constant flux, one thing matters above all: the ability to act. That comes from building the system to be flexible and AI-ready from the start — so every component integrates or swaps out effortlessly.

Flexible architecture

At the center a Second Brain — a machine-readable knowledge base that holds everything. Docked onto it, freely via API, MCP or connector: interchangeable language models (Claude, Mistral, ChatGPT) and agents over LLM or Slack/Discord. Built modular, every part replaceable at any time — no lock-in, no single point of failure.

Practice over theory

One face. One promise.

Turning companies into brands, and putting brands on the digital fast lane — those are my strengths. To date I have analyzed, advised and strategically guided 50 companies on their way to a cohesive brand presence. I am one of the pioneers of the German digital industry and was already building websites when most people in Germany had little more than a vague idea of the internet.

Today I look back on three decades of consulting in the marketing industry, have built and successfully sold an agency with ten employees, and currently run my agency Sauer Marketing in Munich.
